The Detroit Institute of Gastronomy is a culinary apprenticeship and online learning program designed to meet the industry's demand for a professionally trained culinary workforce. Our hands-on, faculty-led training prepares motivated individuals for careers in professional kitchens, leading to Certificates, Diplomas, and Associate of Applied Science degrees in Culinary Arts.
